Title: Tile baseboard how to

My bathroom is being remodeled soon in mostly large scale marble look porcelain 24”x48”. This line of tile has 3x24 bullnose available and also 4x24 wall tile i will be using around the tub. My question is for the walls that wont have tile on them. What is done for baseboards in bathrooms? ATM there is 5 inch white square tile and that will be removed during demo. I could use just the bullnose but i think that will look unsubstantial. i thought i could cut down some of the wall tile to add 3 more inches to the bullnose.
