If you have one, can you see through it enough to tell where the burners are? I'm confused! I have selected Thermador 36" range and 42" hood. They seem to be perfect match until I noticed the spec sheet says the 42" hood has a depth of 27", and it's not available in 24" depth. The dimensions are attached. I am concerned the hood will be a head bumper and also will look too big. should I install the range 2 or 3 inch away from the back wall? I'm currently looking at the Samsung RF28K9070SR because I really like the 4 door design and feel the freezer will be much more organized than a traditional french door. My husband really wants in door ice and water. I've heard from a few appliance stores that Samsung has fixed the ice maker problems in recent years so they are better than they were. Does anyone own a recent Samsung fridge and can you comment?
