This high-speed train, called "Whoosh", travels at a top speed of 350 kilometers per hour. It can accommodate more than 600 passengers and travel time between Jakarta and Bandung. The capital of West Java Province is only 45 minutes away.

The project, valued at nearly 258 billion baht, is a joint venture between Indonesian state enterprises and China Railway International Co. of China. It is also part of China's Belt and Road project.
