The very popular actors from SAB TV’s Lapataganj (Garima Productions) Abbas Khan and Sucheta Khanna are all set to be seen in a children’s film. Shot in a village in Allahabad, the actors are pretty excited about being a part of this project.
While talking to the talented Abbas, we found out that he has been indeed keeping really ‘biji’ (read: busy) just as his character name. Shooting in an earthy village in Allahabad, the actor tells us, “Well my friend Suriya Mishra who is basically a DOP (Director of photography) wanted to delve into films and so he started with this project. Titled Sanno, the film is about a little girl by this name who after her father becomes handicapped stands up strong to take care of her family. The challenges she faces is the core plot of this wonderful film.”
Speaking further on his role, the talented actor avers, “I am playing a negative character and it was indeed fun shooting for it. I had played a negative character back in and doing it after such a long time is indeed a kick. The shoot is stressful since we are shooting in a village, but yes it is a different feeling altogether.” http://[b]คาสิโนสดevolution[/b]
Sanno is being made to go for rounds in Film Festivals, but Abbas does not rule out the chance for a public release as he adds, “Yes, most definitely if the film is made to the standards of a commercial success, we will surely release it. But it will all depend when the project gets completed and the response we get for it.”
Here his co-star Sucheta informs us, “I am playing Sanno’s mother who is very encouraging and loving. After her husband’s accident she lives a life of dignity and holds her head high. She supports her daughter who wants to help her family survive.”
“The story is a very beautiful one, where the relationship of parents and children are shown and this will also give out a message to everyone that how children can support the family in case of any trouble in the family. It is a very encouraging story,” Sucheta ends.
The character of Sanno is being played by child artist Siddhi.
